United Community Assistance Network (UCAN) helps households recover from a one-time financial crisis and return to stability.

To apply, you must provide documentation including:

• A completed household budget

• Proof of your current crisis

• Proof of monthly income

• Proof of monthly expenses

All applications are evaluated based on eligibility, documentation, and available funding at the time of review. Submitting an application does not guarantee assistance, and not all eligible applicants receive assistance.
